So if you want TO buy a juicer that preserves the highest amount of nutrients you know that a centrifugal juicer is not the choice for you.
But if you want the most yield of juice in a short time, Then Centrifugal juicer is best.

The next advance was Auger-Style juicers which crush veggies and fruits into juice and spin as slow as 47 RPMs and a max of about 100 or so RPM. These are excellent in terms of nutrients but are slow and take longer to juice.

Now we just need to quantify what type of juicer introduces more air to the juice while it’s being extracted. Is it a 13,000 RPM centrifugal juicer? Or a 43 RPM slow juicer?

My advice though is to buy a great masticating juicer as it will save you money in the long run.
The reason is that a great masticating juicer will extract more juice than a centrifugal, therefore you spend less on raw ingredients and don’t lose much juice in the pulp.
